Need Senior Developers with extensive Sales Cloud experience along with the other required skills.
Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud professional who can help design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions to drive sales efficiency and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and a proven track record in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Products, Price Books, and Forecasting
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement automation using Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers/classes
- Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales team
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs or middleware
- Ensure data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and appropriate security controls
- Participate in testing, deployment, and user training
- Support UAT and provide post-implementation support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data model and sales business processes
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Background in B2B or B2C sales processes
