Job Details
- We are seeking a fully self-sufficient, highly motivated Tech Lead to act as the sole developer on a critical search squad. This role demands mastery of both cloud infrastructure and deep search expertise.
- Sole Ownership: Independently own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise search solutions utilizing AWS Kendra and transitioning to Sinequa.
- Search Engine Mastery: Mandatory expertise in both AWS Kendra and Sinequa, including data source integration, API management, and security.
- Relevancy Specialist: Lead and execute advanced relevancy tuning strategies (ranking, boosting, NLP techniques) to guarantee world-class search results and maximize user satisfaction.
- Self-Driven: Must be entirely self-sufficient to drive the entire technical roadmap, infrastructure optimization (AWS), and problem-solving without supervision. Must be familiar with a Scrum mindset and methods.
- Must be available during PST working hours.
