Description: Our client is currently seeking a W2 Role -Machine Learning -Philly/Washington, DC
Overview:
Join our innovative team as we design and implement cutting-edge action resolution systems, powering flagship products like the Xfinity and Sky Voice Remotes. You'll contribute to creating intelligent, scalable solutions that impact millions of users globally.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in the design, development, and delivery of advanced voice and language understanding systems for real-world applications in entertainment, smart home, and customer service domains.
  • Leverage expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) to analyze data, develop hypotheses, design experiments, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Optimize and integrate state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-time, low-latency systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain microservices handling millions of requests daily in a large-scale, AWS environment.
  • Build multilingual systems supporting multiple languages, ensuring inclusivity and global reach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with researchers, engineers, and product managers to design fair, customer-centric solutions that balance business value and technical innovation.
  • Take responsibility for the quality, performance, and timely delivery of team projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing, optimization techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform) for deploying and managing ML models.
  • Demonstrated experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, PHI), including optimizing prompts and integrating with RAG architectures.
  • Strong experience in handling multilingual data and creating robust multilingual systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong background in researching and formulating creative, scalable solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen sense of accountability for high-quality deliverables.
