RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, an innovative technology solutions provider in Wexford, PA, is on the lookout for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager with a knack for Sales Development and at least 3 years of experience in the tech industry. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our tech solutions portfolio and requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales excellence.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Inside Sales Manager will implement cutting-edge marketing strategies to pinpoint and engage leads seeking our tech solutions
* Prospecting: Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media interactions, to establish connections with potential clients
* Qualification/Discovery: Evaluate potential clients' needs to ensure alignment with our tech offerings, utilizing set benchmarks for lead qualification
* Lead Nurturing: Cultivate lasting relationships with potential clients through consistent communication, addressing queries, and providing pertinent information
* Sales Pipeline Management: Organize and track leads, guaranteeing prompt follow-ups and movement through the sales stages
* Collaboration: As an Inside Sales Manager, you will liaise with the sales force to transfer qualified leads, arrange meetings, and ensure a seamless sales process
* Market Research: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor actions, and market shifts to customize engagement strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline
* Possession of additional sales or marketing certifications will be considered an asset
* 3+ years of proven experience in inside sales or sales development roles, with a consistent history of surpassing sales targets
* Demonstrable expertise in lead generation, prospecting, intent-based marketing, and lead qualification methodologies
* Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying value propositions and establishing connections with potential clients
* A solid grasp of sales techniques and processes, along with proficiency in utilizing CRM/Marketing/Intent Software tools for efficient lead management and sales pipeline oversight
* A focused and proactive mindset, dedicated to problem-solving and meeting objectives
* Capacity to excel in a dynamic work setting and adjust to changing priorities and challenges
* A cooperative spirit, eager to engage with various teams to propel business growth
* Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
* A self-motivated individual with a fervent passion for sales and a commitment to achieving success in a competitive landscape

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
