Job Details

We are seeking to hire a SAP ECP Payroll SME to join our team working on a large multi-year project we have within a Media and Entertainment Company in New York City. This role is 60% onsite, so qualified candidates must be local to the NYC area to go onsite 3 days per week.

Being a US Cit or Permanent Resident is a requirement for this position.

This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Role:

This role will focus on supporting the client for any issues encountered during the weekly payroll runs, triaging payroll and posting errors and working on issues and changes submitted by the client.

Requirements:

  • Extensive SAP Employee Central Payroll Functional expertise, with specific expertise with finance postings and GLs.
  • Strong knowledge of US payroll and Finance posting.
  • Technical ABAP experience is an added bonus, but not a mandatory requirement
  • Experience in Media and/or Entertainment client environments is also a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to go onsite 3 days per week to work directly with the customer. 2 days per week can be remote from home.
