2. Performance Tuning and Optimization using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
3. Index creation, management, statistics
4. Automation, scripting, agent jobs
5. Availability Groups, Backups, and Restores
6. Propose technical solutions to business problems on a proactive basis
7. Other duties as assigned.
