Job Summary

Job Description

Under limited supervision, analyze picking/replenishment strategies in multiple and/or large branches to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and labor savings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform complex data analyses including: data extraction and statistical analyses, space utilization and work planning/scheduling.
  • Analyze and implement new picking/replenishment/storage strategies to enable increased overall labor efficiencies (picking/replenishment).
  • Provide reports to management detailing analysis results and action recommendations. Develop action plan(s) to improve slotting to increase picking/replenishment efficiencies.
  • Mentor junior level team members by providing training and guidance when necessary. Act as a resource for complex issues and questions as they arise. Escalate to manager as necessary.
  • Research and recommend alternate forms of technology to improve product flow and work processes. Implement new systems when required.
  • Maintain and improve the pick paths, slotting and replenishment strategies of multiple LUM modules nationally.


Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: College degree or equivalent.


Relevant Work Experience

  • 2 years of related experience (warehouse data analysis and manipulation)


Additional

  • Effective communication skills with various levels of employees, ranging from hourly work teams to mid-level managers to executives.
  • Database knowledge/manipulation
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$79,560.00 - $115,440.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
