Multiple Positions: Remote
1.Varicent QA Lead:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Varicent ICM Focuses on ensuring the reliability and functionality of Varicent's incentive compensation management (ICM).
Conduct various testing methods, including functional, regression, integration, API Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs using tools like JIRA and perform regression testing on fixed defects Validate compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations, and identify, document, and track defects.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, participate in release planning.
2.Varicent Tech Lead:Remote
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Varicent software, including Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools.
Translate business requirements into functional Varicent models, including data models, workflows, calculations, and reports.
Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures within the Varicent platform.
Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Create and publish dynamic dashboards and reports for commission insights and performance tracking.
Resolve technical issues, provide user support, and participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and data flow diagrams Partner and collaborate with other professional services & IT teams to execute on the project.
