Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce and Agentforce expertise to support a major user access transformation initiative. The role involves bridging business and technical teams, driving improvements in user management, security, and access through persona-based models, and transitioning from profile-based to permission set-based access structures.
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce and Agentforce expertise to support a major user access transformation initiative. The role involves bridging business and technical teams, driving improvements in user management, security, and access through persona-based models, and transitioning from profile-based to permission set-based access structures.
Must-Have:
- Strong Business/System Analysis experience (requirements gathering, discovery, user stories)
- Salesforce Administration and Configuration expertise
- Experience with user access transformation and persona-based access
- QA testing and validation experience
- Salesforce Lightning knowledge
- Salesforce and/or Agentforce certifications preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce configuration and enhancement initiatives, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and change requests
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with goals
- Oversee QA testing, deployment readiness, and system validation
- Support the transition from profiles to permission sets for user access management
- Create and maintain reports for leadership on configuration, QA, and implementation progress
