Job Description:

Per Mgr: Interviews will be a combination of PHONE or Virtual/Web based IV (initially) then a FOLLOW UP IN PERSON Interview will be conducted if there is interest. ABOUT THE ROLE
Virginia Tax seeks qualified resource to be responsible for:
Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows 10 or higher; Working knowledge ofMS Office including Outlook and MS365.
Considerable knowledge of pc hardware, peripherals & networks
Ability to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform software installations, configurations and troubleshooting hardware and software.
Considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMS
A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
An openness to learning new technologies.
