Job Title: SAP Integration Consultant Integration Services
Location: Remote (Canada)
Job Description:
SAP is currently seeking an Integration Consultant to join the Integration Services team. The consultant will be responsible for leading integration workstreams using SAP standard offerings or through custom implementations. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Canada.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple integration projects simultaneously. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
  • Lead business and technical requirement gathering sessions and design workshops.
  • Provide consultation on integration solutions using standard and recommended approaches.
Project Execution:
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation.
  • Monitor project tasks and milestones for timely delivery.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify root causes and suggest remediation.
  • Plan and execute integration testing (unit, system, and end-to-end).
  • Assist in project transition activities, including documentation and lessons learned.
  • Leverage SAP Fieldglass integration platform to maximize customer value.
Overall Expectations:
  • Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate project status effectively within team and with leadership.
  • Continuously develop SAP Fieldglass expertise through training and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships across internal and client teams.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and operational improvements.
  • Follow established processes and document lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in integration or consulting roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in complex problem-solving and solution implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently with a sense of urgency.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or Concur (integration or functional knowledge).
  • Familiarity with data/file formats: XML, XSD, XSLT, cXML, HRXML, CSV.
  • Understanding of database structures and SQL.
  • Experience with web services and data transport technologies (SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S).
  • Knowledge of SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
  • Experience working in small to mid-sized tech companies.
