Our Higher Education practice is looking for a motivated and experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud Developer or Architect with either Financials/ERP, HCM, or Student Information Systems. Implementation experience in the Higher Education field at a college or university is strongly desired and may be required.
At Sierra-Cedar, a Lead Consultant has excellent oral presentation and communication skills and uses these skills to provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their Oracle Cloud system. You may or may not lead an actual team on a project. With Sierra-Cedar s support, you will be responsible for staying current on emerging technologies and leading approaches in Higher Education.
The selected candidate will act as a liaison between the business and technical teams and will collaborate to deliver Cloud solutions to our clients. The Lead is responsible for providing on-going status and issue reports to the Project Manager. You ll lead and drive client discussions and technical workshops; gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytic requests; provide hands-on reporting and analytics support; manage technical specs and test scripts; and develop reporting and analytic strategies and plans for Oracle Analytics Cloud. You ll perform a wide variety of tasks, including leading problem analysis, solutions development, and decision-making for Oracle Analytics Cloud. Additionally, strong ETL, OTBI, BI Analytics/Publisher in Oracle Cloud is preferred.
Our ideal Oracle Analytics Cloud Developer/Architect Lead has a Bachelor s Degree, an active Oracle Cloud certification, hands-on technical implementation experience at a university or college, strong knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions, and a desire to become part of a Higher Education-focused team within Sierra-Cedar.
This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.
