We are looking for Desktop Engineer/Support Tech for our client in Sandy Hook, KY
Job Title: Desktop Engineer/Support Tech

Job Description:
- We re seeking a knowledgeable technician with a high aptitude for customer service.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Desktop Support or a similar role.
- This must include installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a Windows-based environment.
- Along with desktop duties, the selected candidate may be required to assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches.
- This position will provide desktop support approximately.
- 275 devices & support DOC staff within the Correctional Complex, but will also interact or be among prison inmates as they are used for work detail, etc.
- Qualified candidates must maintain a valid driver s license and be able to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.
- The candidate must be able to pass a DOC background check and an extensive drug test before starting. DOC holds training that can last up to 2-3 weeks.
