Job Title: Transition Manager / Change Manager
Location: Beaverton / Portland, OR (Onsite Mon–Thu | WFH Fri)
Duration: 3 months, W2 Contract
Work Authorization: Open (local candidates only)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Transition / Change Manager to support organizational and operational transformation initiatives. This role focuses on driving effective change across ways of working, culture, and workforce planning, while supporting demand, inventory, and delivery planning functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change and transition initiatives supporting organizational and cultural transformation.
  • Develop, execute, and report on demand, inventory, purchase, and delivery plans.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to meet profitability, customer coverage, and inventory goals.
  • Gather, audit, and validate data related to demand and inventory planning.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Publish regular reporting updates for management and stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning and transition activities where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of directly relevant experience.
    OR equivalent combinations:
    • Master’s + 4 years
    • PhD or Law + 3 years
    • Associate’s + 6 years
    • High School + 7 years
  • Experience as a Change Manager or Transition Manager in enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in organizational change, ways of working, and culture change initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large organizational transformations.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with workforce planning initiatives.
  • Background working with large, complex organizations.
