Job Description:
Job responsibilities
- Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
- Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
- Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
- Develop enhancements for applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of CMDB Implementation
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.)
- Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
- Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5
- Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with the Big 4 or consulting
- Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies
- Certification as a Certified Implementation Specialist
- Certified Application Developer
