Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and Warehouse Practice Leader to lead and grow our onshore SAP practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP EAM and warehouse management solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in presales, solution architecture, and P&L management. This is a critical leadership position responsible for building the practice, driving business growth, and ensuring delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP EAM and warehouse management solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in presales, solution architecture, and P&L management. This is a critical leadership position responsible for building the practice, driving business growth, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Leadership:
- Establish, lead, and expand the onshore SAP EAM and Warehouse Management practice.
- Define practice strategy, capabilities, roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants and architects.
- Client Engagement & Delivery:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the EAM and warehouse domain.
- Provide oversight and direction to project delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction across engagements.
- Solution Architecture & Innovation:
- Act as lead architect for complex SAP EAM and warehouse engagements.
- Design and review high-level solution blueprints and technical architectures.
- Drive innovation by aligning SAP solutions with customer business goals.
- Sales & Presales:
- Support business development activities by participating in RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and proposal creation.
- Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
- Build strategic partnerships with SAP and other technology providers.
- P&L Management:
- Own the P&L for the SAP EAM and Warehouse practice.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, revenue targets, and resource planning.
- Drive profitability and sustainable growth for the practice.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in SAP with significant expertise in SAP EAM and Warehouse Management domains.
- Proven track record as an SAP Solution Architect in large-scale implementations and transformations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in EAM, PM, WM, and EWM modules.
- Strong experience in practice development, including team building, capability development, and thought leadership.
- Demonstrated success in presales and sales support activities (proposal writing, solutioning, estimations, client presentations).
- Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Prior experience in P&L ownership and driving practice-level KPIs.
