Job Details

Sr. SAP Solution Manager / Charlotte, NC or Remote

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 Years of experience in SAP Solution Manager
  • Must have experience with S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Must have hands on Configuration experience of different applications of SAP Solution Manager like ChaRM, FB, SolDoc, Test Management, Release Management, Monitoring, BPM, ITSM, Retrofit, BPCA etc.
  • Expert level experience in setting up Solution Documentation, ChaRM and Focus Build
  • Expert level experience setting up Solution Manager Monitoring Solutions of Tech Monitoring, Process Integration Monitoring
  • Experienced in setting up BPCA / Live Compare.
  • Experienced in working in N, N+1 environments leverage Retrofit solution
  • Have knowledge on Solution Manager integration with other third party tools like JIRA, Tricentis, ITSM solutions (BMC Helix)
  • Experience troubleshooting using Root Cause Analysis for Solution Manager issues.
  • Experience in setting up Operational Command Center (OCC) and Dashboards via Focused Insights preferred
  • Focus Run experience preferred
  • Ability must be able to collect and interpret Business Requirements and convert them into viable solution design
  • Ability to work with IT and the business key stakeholders to establish processes and procedures for using all the Solution Manager applications
  • Able to work and communicate clearly with diverse group of people to reach a census on how the people, tools and processes come together into viable solutions
  • Create documentation to prepare, train, help and guide the project and support team leverage Solution Manager solutions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi task
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work with all levels in the organization
