Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of customer-facing features for the AI reliability platform
• Design reusable, intuitive frontend components that make complex AI workflows easy to understand
• Work cross-functionally with researchers to translate cutting-edge AI ideas into usable tools
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback, streamline workflows, and improve usability
• Build highly available and performant web applications using modern tools like React, TypeScript, and Python
• Contribute to backend systems and data architecture using technologies like Go, Rust, Postgres, Redis, and MongoDB

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4+ years of experience for Senior and 7+ YOE for Staff
• Proven track record building, shipping, and scaling complex distributed systems that solve critical business problems
• Experience with backend languages such as Python, Go, or Rust
• Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases
• Have built and/or operated large scale, GPU-based model training and serving infrastructure
• Are deeply knowledgeable about modern cloud infrastructure, including technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform, and platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure
• Strong product sense with an eye for user experience and clean design
• Comfort in startup environments and willingness to own broad areas of the stack
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interfacing directly with customers

Senior Role

• Expertise in TypeScript and React
• Experience with product management (unofficial or official)
• Built and deployed LLM-based applications (e.g., agents, chatbots)
• Worked in a founding engineer or technical leadership role at a startup
• Experience with Kubernetes
