Job Title: Ivalua Solution Architect
Location: Remote with potential for some travel to client sites, Major Metropolitan Areas preferred
Duration: 6 month contract w/ possibility for extension
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled iValua Solution Architects with up to 8 years of implementation experience, specializing in upstream and/or downstream procurement solutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in solution architecture, hands-on configuration experience, and a demonstrated ability to take on senior consultant or leadership roles. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end digital procurement transformation projects for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of iValua solutions, aligning with client business processes and objectives.
Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more iValua modules such as Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Sourcing & Contracts, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solution designs.
Oversee the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and integration specialists.
Drive stakeholder engagement, project planning, and change management as part of larger transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client team members.
Maintain iValua best practices and ensure alignment with architecture standards and governance.
Required Qualifications:
Up to 8 years of experience implementing iValua or similar procurement platforms.
Proven experience in solution architecture and system design.
Hands-on expertise in one or more functional areas: SRM, sourcing, contracts, or P2P.
Ability to take ownership of project streams and lead client discussions independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
iValua L3 certification with relevant hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
Experience in full end-to-end iValua implementations, ideally across multiple industries.
Capability to serve in senior consultant or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of digital procurement transformation and industry best practices.
Experience integrating iValua with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
