Workday Admin (Workday Financials)
Remote (Client is based in the Bay Area)
Duration: 3-6 Months
Workday Administrator who will collaborate with People Operations and Finance to support our Workday implementation and serve as the system administrator. This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday financial modules while leading solutions and projects from both technical and administrative perspectives.
Requirements:
- Workday Experience:
o 3+ years of experience working as a Workday Financials Administrator with hands-on expertise in system configuration, ongoing maintenance, and managing multiple Workday modules
o Familiarity with Workday implementation projects, either as a client or implementation partner.
- Technical and Functional Knowledge:
o Expertise in Workday configuration, workflows, and adaptive planning.
o Ability to identify, recommend, and implement technical and functional improvements.
- Skills and Competencies:
o Proficiency in administration tasks such as user access management, security role configurations, and data integrity monitoring.
o Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address configuration issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and manage system dependencies.
o Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver on multiple priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills:
o Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively among technical teams, finance teams, and end-users.
o Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
