The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission

- Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Participates as a member of development team or teams; may lead a small development team.
- Writes clean, efficient and maintainable code in accordance with established standards.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure high-quality and bug-free software.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by user or identified in testing phase.
- Streamline deployment processes and ensure systems reliability.
- Contribute to the documentation of design, coding, and testing activities.
- Designs units for others. Completes development to implement complex solution components.
- Contributes to design activities; may design solutions.
- Develops independently; participates in code reviews and may lead code reviews.
- May lead and provide mentoring and guidance to less senior developers.
- Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain one or more technology areas (e.g. Web-site Development).
- Applies company and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity.
- Independently implements end-user or enterprise solutions complexity or services prepared by more senior technologists for more complex solutions.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of NET UI/UX Development experience with C#, ASP.NET.
- Preferred: Experience with webservice development and API's.
- Experience with C programming on LINUX/UNIX.
- Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.
- Experience debugging issues related to Windows server and IIS.
- Experience with MVC and Entity maintenance framework.
What you should expect in this role
- This is a fully remote opportunity available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- Must support business working hours in the Central Time Zone.
- Opportunities for work-related travel (0-10%).
- Requires cameras to be on for all client-facing meetings and select internal meetings.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
