Job Title: Senior Business Analyst HRIS (Workday HCM)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Onsite required)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong technical HRIS knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday HCM. The selected resource will support a large-scale Workday HCM implementation, replacing an existing legacy HCM system. Responsibilities include support for integrations, data conversion, benefits administration, and general HRIS system support.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and resolve data conversion and integration issues; document root causes and ensure accurate data population.
Provide technical support for HRIS maintenance, enhancements, and configuration.
Deliver Tier-2 user support and guidance to end users.
Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to gather requirements and provide system expertise.
Support HR functions across Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, and Performance.
Prepare documentation, training materials, testing support, and detailed deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years implementing and/or administering HRIS systems.
Strong data analysis, validation, and testing skills.
Proven experience with complex HRIS integrations.
Experience supporting or optimizing large-scale Workday environments.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills and strong documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience administering Workday Benefits with multiple integration partners.
Experience supporting large-scale HR system integrations.
Background with PeopleSoft HCM.
Experience working in the public sector is a plus.
