Job Title: Senior Business Analyst HRIS (Workday HCM)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Onsite required)
Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong technical HRIS knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday HCM. The selected resource will support a large-scale Workday HCM implementation, replacing an existing legacy HCM system. Responsibilities include support for integrations, data conversion, benefits administration, and general HRIS system support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and resolve data conversion and integration issues; document root causes and ensure accurate data population.

  • Provide technical support for HRIS maintenance, enhancements, and configuration.

  • Deliver Tier-2 user support and guidance to end users.

  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to gather requirements and provide system expertise.

  • Support HR functions across Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, and Performance.

  • Prepare documentation, training materials, testing support, and detailed deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years implementing and/or administering HRIS systems.

  • Strong data analysis, validation, and testing skills.

  • Proven experience with complex HRIS integrations.

  • Experience supporting or optimizing large-scale Workday environments.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience administering Workday Benefits with multiple integration partners.

  • Experience supporting large-scale HR system integrations.

  • Background with PeopleSoft HCM.

  • Experience working in the public sector is a plus.
