IT Project Manager

A health services organization in Tennessee is looking to add a new IT Project Manager to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with project teams to ensure timely updates on project status, financials, and performance metrics (KPIs, budget amendments)


• Introduce and maintain processes and IT tools that give project teams full visibility into progress and performance


• Analyze data to inform portfolio-wide project management and facilitate internal and external stakeholder communications


• Ensure seamless interaction and process integration between PMO and other departments such as Finance and Communications


• Assist in drafting the business plan, annual report, and other key documentation


• Take responsibility for leading at least one key departmental initiative or goal


• EIT Health


• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing Software Implementation, Healthcare, and Vendor-based projects


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience


• Experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and demoing stakeholders


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills


• Proven excellent oral and written communication skills


• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills


• Proven ability to follow minimal instructions and work independently


• Proven priority-setting skills

Desired Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP), and/or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification


• Business Analyst background


• Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and/or MS Power Platform
