RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional, system, and process requirements to support IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with clients and internal teams to elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, workflow analysis, and use cases
* Translate business needs into clear application and operational requirements. Evaluate information from multiple sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of business objectives
* Document functional specifications and system requirements with clarity and precision
* As a Business Systems Analyst, you will lead small projects or workgroups, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions
* Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in business management
* Excel experience (LOOKUP, PIVOT Tables)
* Self-starter, takes initiative and is willing to deep dive into matters
* Organization skilled
* Ability to communicate with both IT and business teams
Nice to have:
* Excel Macro experience
* Experience with Microsoft Project
* Experience with Fieldglass
* Experience with Concur
* Experience with s4/Hana
* Bilingual English/Spanish
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
