Job Details

Key Responsibilities


Develop precise, user-friendly manufacturing documentation (e.g., assembly instructions, process flows, and tooling guides).


Partner with cross-functional teams technicians, operators, production managers to implement and refine manufacturing processes.


Apply engineering principles to evaluate and improve existing manufacturing workflows and resolve technical issues.


Manage documentation revisions through formal change control processes.


Support validation and verification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Must-Have Qualifications


5+ years of electro-mechanical engineering experience focused on manufacturing processes, not product R&D.


Proven success with creating detailed work instructions for complex electro-mechanical assemblies.


Strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.


Demonstrated experience working with complex systems or multi-component products.


Excellent soft skills: able to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional partners at all levels.


Integrity and transparency: Must be able to discuss challenges and past conflicts openly and honestly.


Proficient in tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, Windchill, or similar PLM/CAD systems.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or aerospace.


Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or root cause analysis methodologies.
