Job Title: Oracle Fusion Administrator (ERP + HCM)
Location: Detroit, MI (100% Onsite, Monday-Friday)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract (No End Date)
Interview Process: Initial MS Teams Video Interview, followed by In-Person Interview (for local candidates)
Visa Status: No OPT, CPT, or F1 candidates, please
Preferred Candidates: Local to Michigan or able to attend in-person interviews
Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Administrator to join our team onsite in Detroit, MI. This role will focus on the administration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM systems, with additional responsibilities across EPM and other Oracle Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train users and collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications
  • Manage Oracle security configurations, including user roles, data access, and policies
  • Develop and maintain system integrations and custom reports (BI Publisher, OTBI)
  • Configure and optimize workflow processes
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security
  • Provide end-user training and support
  • Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
  • Communicate system updates, outages, and maintenance schedules
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP administration experience
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or EPM
  • Familiarity with business process workflows and data management
  • Experience with functional/technical design specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to train and mentor internal staff
  • Familiarity with SDLC, IT change control, and deployment methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Office365
Certifications (Preferred but not required)
  • Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Procurement Cloud Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Certifications (Application Integration, Enterprise Analytics, Digital Assistant, Foundations Associate)
