Job Details
Workday Integration Consultant
Location: NJ (Both remote and onsite availability)
Workday Integration Consultant
Design, develop, test, maintain, and support Workday integrations.
Collaborate across Workday HRIS teams and report to the HRIS Sr. Director, HR IT, Reporting.
Minimum 5 years of Workday Integrations experience.
Develop, configure, and test technical integrations using Workday Extend, Workday Studio, Workday RaaS, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services (SOAP, REST), XSLT, XPath, and Custom Reports.
Minimum 4 years of experience with EIB, Web Services (SOAP, REST, XML), XSLT, Eclipse platform for complex integrations (inbound/outbound), ERP and SaaS connectors, custom reporting, SOAP UI, and Document Transformations (DT).
Experience with Payroll Interfaces including PECI, PICOF, and ERP.
Integration experience with absences, time tracking, benefit vendors, and payroll vendors (e.g., ADP).
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules: Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration, and Business Process Configuration.
Working knowledge of BIRT (preferred).
Understanding of integration design, testing concepts, and frameworks (middleware, transformation logic).
Knowledge of data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes (e.g., Workday iLoads, bulk data loading).
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Familiarity with all phases of the system development lifecycle, including production support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills.
Experience with ticket tracking systems.
