Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join the newly formed Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) team. This role will lead complex, cross-functional IT projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with the firm's technology and business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale technology initiatives in professional services or law firm environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple IT projects across the ECM portfolio, ensuring adherence to the firm's SDLC framework.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, task tracking, budgets, and executive reporting.

Coordinate across business units and technology teams to identify dependencies, manage risks, and maintain project momentum.

Prepare and present progress updates, risk assessments, and budget summaries for senior leadership.

Manage project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.

Facilitate structured meetings with clear agendas, defined outcomes, and accountability for next steps.

Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

10+ years of project management experience, including at least 7 years in IT with senior stakeholder engagement.

Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology projects, ideally in professional services or law firm environments.

Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.

Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
