Sr. AI Engineer

We are seeking a Sr AI Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact AI solutions. This role involves architecting and scaling ML and AI systems and leading technical execution across projects involving large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) bots, and AI agents. You will shape the infrastructure, tooling, and strategy that underpin our most critical AI initiatives for scalable AI operations. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Front-End Developers, and Product Managers to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr AI Engineer, you will:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable LLM-powered applications including chatbots, RAG-based systems, and AI-driven decision support tools
• Drive the development of autonomous agents and multi-agent systems for internal and client-facing solutions
• Build robust AIOps practices to monitor, evaluate, and iterate on AI system performance
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ML workflows, and backend systems using Python, SQL, and cloud-native technologies (AWS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, influence roadmaps, and ensure delivery of impactful AI solutions
• Foster engineering excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and technical strategy
• Stay on top of advancements in LLM research, AI agents, orchestration tooling, and production-scale ML infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs, agents, and production systems
• Proven experience designing and scaling LLM applications and intelligent chat interfaces in real-world settings
• Deep proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong software engineering and system design fundamentals
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and semantic search
• Working knowledge of real-time and event-driven architectures for AI integration
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and influence engineering teams
