Job Details

Join our team as an Expert DevSecOps Engineer and take part in shaping secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure for modern cloud-native applications. You'll work at the intersection of development, operations, and security-leading the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized environments across multi-cloud and hybrid platforms. Your expertise will directly support high-performing teams and ensure the reliability, resilience, and security of our systems from development to production.

What you'll be doing
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments across cloud and hybrid environments
  • Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) to manage cloud and on-premises resources
  • Operate across multiple cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
  • Embed DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Manage containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker Compose, and Dockerfiles
  • Build and maintain serverless architectures using Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and Google Cloud Functions
  • Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., OpenTelemetry)
  • Support development, QA, and operations teams with DevOps best practices and infrastructure automation
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe) and contribute to backlog refinement and implementation
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation (wikis, how-to guides)
  • Apply non-functional requirements: logging, backups, disaster recovery, and system resilience
  • Manage networking across cloud/on-prem environments: VPCs, subnets, VPNs, routing, load balancing
  • Administer network services: DHCP, DNS (Route53, Azure DNS), NTP
  • Implement and manage identity and access management: Active Directory, Azure AD, PKI, SSO
  • Handle cloud storage: Azure Storage, AWS S3, Azure Files, AWS EFS
  • Work with messaging/eventing services: Kafka, Azure Event Grid, AWS SQS, Google Pub/Sub
  • Use project tracking and automation tools: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, GitHub Actions

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, engineering, or operating IT infrastructure in Azure or other cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Strong skills in IaC (e.g., Terraform) for consistent, automated infrastructure deployment
  • Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Advanced knowledge of containerization: Docker, Docker Compose, Dockerfiles
  • Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go
  • Solid grasp of configuration management principles and tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
