Job Details


Baer is looking for Oracle Analytics Lead for a 2 month Federal Remote Project.

Title: Oracle Analytics Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 2 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

  • Lead and manage the analytics team across multiple reporting and data initiatives
  • Oversee delivery of ETL packages, data analysis, report development, and dashboard creation
  • Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs, metrics, and data visualization needs
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance on data architecture, reporting tools, and analytics best practices
  • Facilitate and lead client meetings to discuss reporting needs, designs, and data strategies
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance across all reporting deliverables
  • Support decision-making by providing actionable insights and custom analytics solutions


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud BI reporting and analytics
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis and report development
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
  • Strong experience with:
  • ETL processes and tools
  • Custom dashboards and visualizations
  • Reports development using Oracle BI tools
  • Data modeling and transformation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and other enterprise reporting platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
