Job Description
- Experience with system design, process re-engineering, fit-gap analysis, cutover planning, and support
- Oracle HCM Techno Functional Analyst with experience designing and developing integrations
- Experience with api's and integrations using OIC
- Report Development including review reporting requirement, evaluate reporting tool and build reports
- Liaison between business and system integrators and customized and implemented various custom objects across Oracle HCM modules
- Develop complex fast formulas and BI Publisher Reports
- Provide solutions for integration between multiple third-party systems & cloud applications
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
- Experience wtih OCI would be a plus
