Hybrid- 3 days Work from officeLocal candidates only.

Required skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a solution architect role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular preferred.
  • Strong Experience in Azure cloud services and cloud-native design patterns.
  • Experience in the P&C insurance or reinsurance domain is required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Solution Architect:

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to insurance/reinsurance workflows such as underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and risk modeling.
  • Define architecture blueprints and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NAIC, GDPR, Solvency II).
  • Leverage microservices and event-driven architecture to support modular and extensible system design.
  • Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and claims teams to understand domain-specific requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate with third-party platforms such as policy administration systems, reinsurer portals, and regulatory data feeds.
  • Architect cloud-native applications using Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps.
  • Define CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing strategies to ensure high availability and resilience.
  • Lead cross-functional development teams, providing guidance on best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
  • Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and security standards.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, clearly articulating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Azure AD, OAuth2, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including system diagrams, integration maps, and decision logs.
  • Participate in architecture review boards and contribute to enterprise architecture governance.
