RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pinellas Park, FL that is seeking an experienced Product Manager.
Summary:
The client is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Radar, our cutting-edge data integration solution designed to help hospitals maximize revenue from payers. Radar automatically detects cases that should be worked, streamlining the revenue cycle and transforming how hospitals manage case submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and manage the product roadmap for Radar, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs
* Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, identify new features, and communicate product updates
* Support the sales process by explaining product value, addressing client questions, and assisting with onboarding
* Review and resolve product issues, working closely with technical and client teams
* Drive innovation by identifying new ideas and features to enhance Radar's capabilities
* Facilitate EMR integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with hospital systems
* Work cross-functionally with engineers, sales, and client success teams to deliver high-impact solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven product management experience, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management
* Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in Salesforce (required)
* Familiarity with EMR integrations and hospital workflows
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, gather feedback, and support sales efforts
* Experience working with hospitals and understanding of payer reimbursement processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
