Role: Project Manager - Healthcare

Job description:
Lead end-to-end project management for business and operational initiatives, including service implementations, process improvements, system upgrades, and cross-functional programs.
A strong background in Health Insurance Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) to assist with planning and support with annual readiness activities Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, identify risks, establish communication frameworks, and ensure effective governance practices.
Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and facilitate issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
Coordinate efforts across multiple departments such as operations, technology, data teams, and support functions to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators and report project status, risks, and recommended actions to leadership.
Support organizational readiness activities related to quality standards, best practices, and process compliance.
Promote a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder value.
Required Skills:
Bring 5-8 years of relevant project or program management experience, ideally in a cross-functional or service-oriented environment. Should have good expertise on Agile Methodologies
