Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial access control systems and/or CCTV installations and troubleshooting. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and upgrading security systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and service commercial access control and CCTV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and quality service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and system configurations.
- Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial security systems (access control and/or CCTV).
- Familiarity with brands such as Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Axis, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
