RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a FS 70% FE 30% BE Developer (Javascript, Node, Vue.js, Angular).

Summary:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and can navigate their way across complex and rapidly-changing landscapes by staying on top of the latest trends and thrive by sharing knowledge. A creator, a doer, and a game-changer who will help us tackle real-life problems and meet real customer needs. The Developer will be helping us build things, taking an idea, and creating rapid prototypes that are shippable and learn from real-life feedback.

Responsibilities:
* Understands the importance of cycle time and use CI/CD practices, tools to rapidly deploy changes to customers while minimizing risk using practices like A/B tests, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles
* Stays on top of Algorithms, Data Structures and Design Patterns and loves the challenge of building highly scalable systems that can support thousands of transactions/sec
* Has a mentality of test first development and experience in modern test frameworks; We believe testing and that quality is everyone's job

REQUIREMENTS:
* Linux, Shell Scripting, Docker and AWS Cloud certification will be a plus
* Expertise in Javascript, Node, Vue.js and Angular
* A strong understanding of Linux administration including Bash scripting
* Application development with microservice architectures
* Must have understanding on Test Driven Development, CI, and CD
* Good knowledge of HTTP based APIs, Networking and how the internet works
* Extensive experience working with JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML & Browser Developer tools
* Automation Tools/Frameworks experience
* Java Spring Boot experience (enhancing existing API's)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
