Job Title: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
Summary:
The ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect leads the end-to-end design, governance, and technical strategy of ServiceNow implementations. This role ensures platform integrity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards while guiding development teams and advising stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the technical architecture for multi-module ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable platform designs.
- Provide architectural governance, code reviews, and best-practice guidance across development teams.
- Lead platform integration strategies using APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party tools.
- Establish data, CMDB, workflow, and automation standards.
- Optimize platform performance, security, and upgrade readiness.
- Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and leadership to shape roadmap and platform strategy.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Deep expertise across ServiceNow architecture, configuration, scripting, and integrations.
- Strong communication skills with experience guiding technical teams and influencing stakeholders.
