Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with a specialized focus on Order Management and Subscription Management. This individual will be responsible for leading the design, fit gap analysis and future state application landscape definition for a solution that optimize and automate our business processes related to order-to-cash, subscription lifecycles, and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ).
A key part of this role will be to conduct in-depth fit-gap analysis, bridging the gap between business requirements and ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and hands-on technical leadership to project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design:
- Design and architect scalable, robust, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions, specifically for Order Management, Subscription Management, and related CPQ processes.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategy for ServiceNow Order and Subscription Management implementations.
- Lead the creation of high-level and detailed design documents, including technical specifications, data models, and integration strategies.
- Fit-Gap Analysis & Business Process Optimization:
- Lead and execute comprehensive fit-gap analysis workshops and assessments to evaluate business requirements against ServiceNow's Order Management and Subscription Management capabilities.
- Identify customization needs and propose alternative solutions, leveraging ServiceNow's native functionality and best practices to minimize technical debt.
- Analyze and map existing business processes for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) to ServiceNow's platform, identifying areas for process improvement and automation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Present architectural designs, technical solutions, and fit-gap analysis findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or a similar senior-level role.
- Proven, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Order Management and/or Subscription Management.
- Extensive experience in leading and executing fit-gap analysis for ServiceNow implementations.
- Demonstrable experience in analyzing and optimizing Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform's core modules, including ITSM, CSM, and Integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
