RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Coppell, TX that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful software implementation projects. The Technical Business Analyst will join a project team that is implementing a 3rd Party software application that will run the clients business operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
* Mapping different systems and understanding how they communicate
* Documentation and integration activities
* Understanding APIs and integration communication
* Data fields, data mapping, and integration layer
* Utilizing SQL and ServiceNow
* Software implementation
* Reporting status and calling out delays
* Minimum 1-year contract
* Occasional travel is required
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in data analysis and technical documentation
* Proficiency in SQL and systems analysis
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Familiarity with Agile principles and practices
* Needs to understand business requirements and direct integration activities
* Familiar with reporting on status and timelines
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in process modeling and workflow analysis
* Understanding of software testing methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
