UI/UX Design Consultant / Senior Product Designer
Location: Remote (US-Based)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM EST
Contract to Hire
Must-Have Skills
- 3 4 years advanced Figma experience (components, variants, design systems at scale)
- 5 8 years digital web design experience translating UX strategy into component-based UI
- 2 3 years design experience in CMS-driven environments (content models, templates, authoring constraints)
- 7+ years UX/product design experience with a user-centric approach
- 4+ years contributing to design systems, including component creation and governance
Technical Expertise
- Mastery of Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite
- CMS platform design experience with awareness of constraints and opportunities
- Experience preparing detailed design specs for engineering handoff
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
