Roles and responsibility :-
We are seeking a skilled UAT Program Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a critical subscription billing implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms and be adept at coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure UAT readiness and successful project delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the preparation of agreed-upon test scenarios, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate in creating and refining test scripts and cases to meet testing requirements.
- Collaborate with UAT testers to confirm access, complete onboarding, and manage testing schedules.
- Serve as the liaison between business testers, vendors, IT, and PMO for all UAT-related activities.
- Lead regular UAT meetings to align stakeholders, address challenges, and maintain momentum.
- Monitor and report on the daily execution of test scripts, cases, and defect resolution progress.
- Maintain and optimize daily UAT schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Review and track the Client's RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log, escalating issues to the project management team as per Client criteria.
- Identify opportunities for UAT process optimization and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with the PMO to deliver routine UAT status reports, progress updates, and leadership briefings per Client requirements.
Qualifications/Skills:
- extensive years of project management experience, with at least very good amount of years focused on UAT coordination in enterprise software implementations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of UAT processes, test script development, and defect tracking.
- Excellent facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
