Job Title: Lead Java Full stack Developer

Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite- 5 days a week)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Development Lead with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot microservices, Angular JS, Kubernetes, and RESTful API development. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies for telecom network functions and platforms.
  • Lead, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Leverage Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployment.
  • Design and develop secure, efficient RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
  • Strong experience with Angular. Have experience in leading UI based frontend solutions.
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Ensure all solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and development practices

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in telecom applications.
  • Expertise in Java and Spring Boot and Angular.
  • Proven experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Experience with working in a distributed version control environment (Git)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Bellevue, WA, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Jenkins or similar tools.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
