Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior-level contractor focused on coordinating multiple Agile teams/programs across time zones.
  • Strong experience in Agile coaching (enterprise level), Lean-Agile practices, Jira, and reporting tools (Tableau or equivalent).
  • Requires someone who can manage delivery, dependencies, governance, stakeholder alignment, and team coaching.
  • Heavy emphasis on communication and presentation must be able to speak confidently to large audiences and deliver clear messaging.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Project Management , Agile Coaching, Presentation
  • Certifications: SAFe / ICAgile any are fine.
  • Tableau: Prefers someone who is at least a strong power user; hands-on report/dashboard creation is a plus.
  • Leadership Qualities: Excellent presentation skills and strong stakeholder presence are non-negotiable.
  • Coaching Level: Enterprise-level Agile coaching preferred (not just team-level).
