Essential Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Administrative experience supporting senior executives
- Demonstrated expertise in complex calendar management for multiple VPs/AVPs simultaneously

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support for Chief Information Officer
- Comprehensive Executive Support: Provide full-scope administrative support including strategic calendar management, coordinated with Head of OCIO & IT Operations
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and execute CIO events, meetings, and strategic gatherings from conception to completion
- Project Coordination: Track agendas, manage action items, monitor priorities, and facilitate Microsoft Teams meetings
- Financial Administration: Process purchase requests, complete expense reports, manage vendor justifications and quotes
- Procurement: Execute purchasing decisions on behalf of the CIO
- Document Management: Maintain, organize, and update critical CIO documents; prepare sophisticated spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and executive dashboards
Deputy CIO Support Services
- Complex Scheduling: Manage intricate calendars for both Deputy CIOs with competing priorities
- Daily Operations: Provide comprehensive briefings using OneNote, Microsoft To Do, and Microsoft Flow
- Administrative Excellence: Handle purchase requests, expense reporting, and vendor management
- Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate agendas, track action items, and manage Microsoft Teams sessions
- Executive Deliverables: Create high-quality presentations, reports, and analytical documents
CIO Direct Report Support
- Calendar Management: Coordinate scheduling and calendar maintenance for designated CIO direct report
- Expense Management: Process and manage expense reports and reimbursements
Strategic Project Leadership
- Talent Operations: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for Deputy CIO direct reports
- Event Management: Plan and execute OCIO events, virtual gatherings, and executive travel arrangements
- Strategic Support: Assist with special projects and planning initiatives for the Office of the CIO
