Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end process for a Workforce management system RFP and selection initiative. This role requires strong leadership in managing timelines, engaging with customer stakeholders, coordinating with a Business Analyst, and overseeing vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall Workforce management system RFP process.
  • Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure requirements are gathered, validated, and documented from customer business units.
  • Facilitate conversations with customer line of business stakeholders to align on priorities and objectives.
  • Drive project schedules to ensure requirements are ready for vendor submission by September 2025.
  • Manage vendor engagement including RFP responses, product demos, and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure clear governance, progress reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Finalize and present the implementation roadmap (2026 2027) for the shortlisted Workforce management system Shape

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management within IT/ERP domains (Workforce management system strongly preferred).
  • Strong track record in managing vendor RFPs, evaluations, and product selection.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on aggressive timelines in fast-paced environments.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
