About the Role

A leading financial services and investment management firm is seeking a Marketing Contractor to support the North America Intermediary Marketing team. The role will focus on planning, managing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns for investment products, partnering with content, design, digital, PR, sales, and strategy teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for investment product launches.
  • Manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop/refine marketing materials (collateral, videos, web, sales tools, emails, event deliverables, social & paid media).
  • Communicate weekly marketing deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with sales & national accounts to align with firm initiatives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with analytics teams.
  • Coordinate submissions for design, publishing, compliance review, and approvals.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8 10 years of relevant marketing experience (financial services/product marketing preferred).
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to multi-task & prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of 40 Act rules and ETF/distribution marketing.
  • Research & project-based experience (big-picture problem-solving).
  • Experience in collaborative, team-driven environments.

Day-to-Day

  • Attend/run planning meetings for marketing initiatives.
  • Manage project progress, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Coordinate requests, reviews, and publication timelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and legal.

Training & Onboarding

  • Day 1: System setup, introductions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ongoing: Training provided as needed on internal tools & processes.
