Job Details

We are looking for a SR program managers who can come in and manage a team of 3-4 PMs to drive our new HRIS migration to ADP 'Lyric'. Help with more requirements, plans, organization, details out of the vendor ADP who is doing the implementation. Also need help to standardize my PM team and show them how better track and report on their workstream plans, statuses consistently and uniformly.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate our HRIS migration to ADP Lyric. This role will oversee a team of 3 4 Project Managers, ensuring seamless execution, vendor alignment, and consistent reporting across workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring deep program leadership experience, strong vendor management skills, and a passion for building scalable PMO practices.

<> Key Responsibilities</>
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the ADP Lyric HRIS migration initiative
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 4 PMs, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance
  • Collaborate closely with ADP implementation teams to extract detailed requirements, plans, and milestones
  • Standardize project tracking and reporting practices across all workstreams
  • Establish consistent templates, dashboards, and cadence for status updates and risk management
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between HR, IT, and external stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
<> Qualifications</>
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in HRIS or enterprise system migrations
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting frameworks, and PMO best practices
  • Experience with ADP platforms (Lyric preferred) or similar HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications a plus
