Title : Powertrain EOL Engineer
Location : Auburn Hills, MI
Duration : 12 months
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 5 years
Detailed Job Description:
Design and develop and EOL calibration for assigned Powertrain modules
Perform the EOL testing on vehicle and fine tune the Cals as needed.
Assist in developing and execute the EOL test scripts
Use the OEM specific diagnostic tool chain to validate the OBD features
Develop the proto models to fix EOL validation issue as a part of root cause analysis
Skills:
Experience in the development and calibration of Powertrain Engine controls features
Very good knowledge of internal combustion engines
Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data
Working knowledge of engine analysis and calibration tools, emissions development, engine technologies and competitive products
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA
Calibration process knowledge using design of experiments and advanced optimization techniques
Proficient in advanced simulation tools
Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
EIS : Simulink/Matlab
