  • 4.01 Computer Network Operations (CNO) Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) role

  • 4.01.01 Ensure compliance with software standards is the primary focus

  • 4.02 Supervise and mentor CNO developer team and provide technical leadership

  • 4.02.01 Lead the design, development, documentation, testing, debugging, and maintenance of hardware-based CNO capabilities

  • 4.02.02 Lead the design, development, documentation, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software-based CNO capabilities

  • 4.03 Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks

  • 4.04 Communicate project status to leadership and customers

Seven (7) years of position-specific relevant experience required:

  • Proficient in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices)

  • Networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming

  • Understanding of assembly programming concepts

  • Unit Test experience

Desired Qualifications

  • CNO capability development experience

  • Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience

  • CI/CD pipeline/DevSecOps development experience

Relevant Certifications
